FYI. Scanner Info…

Scanned files are scanned to a public centers drive i.e. Other staff has access to it in the Scan folder documents that you are scanning. Any staff can read it, delete it or move it. So it would be a good practice to remove your scanned file out of the centers Scan folder and move to a safe place (I.e. H:\ Drive or Personal Drive) that way that Scan folder is clean for new scans, which makes it less confusing for the next person that scans. This will help your fellow co-workers.

OR

Create a folder inside the Scan folder for yourself and drag your scanned files into your folder, but please note if you create a folder for yourself inside Your Centers Scan folder. That folder that you create is still in the public scanned folder where is could be deleted or moved by others.

Also, Kyocera Scanners will not email scanned files to your email address directly from the machine.

Please call IT if you need assistance 626-358-2878
